Forgot Password

Click on "did you forget your password?" and enter your email address. You will receive an email shortly after doing so with your new user details. Log in using the user details that have just been sent to you making sure to pay attention to the correct spelling. Once you're logged in you can change your password by clicking on "my account information" in the "my overview" menu.

UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

• To update your Email, Name or Password: simply click on "Edit your email, name or password" within your account main page.
• To update your default Billing and Shipping address: simply click on "Edit Your Billing Address" within your account main page.

ORDERING

How to order

1. When you see an item you want to buy, press the 'Add to cart' button. This places the item in an electronic shopping bag.
You may continue shopping after placing an item in your cart. To return to your bag at any point during the shopping process, click on the bag symbol located in the top right corner of your screen.
After putting all the items you wish to buy in your shopping bag, select your order destination, a method of shipping and click on 'Checkout.'

2. You will be asked to sign in if you have an existing account or to simply provide your email if you are a first-time shopper.
You will be asked to give us your shipping address and billing address.
You will then be asked to specify your payment method and to create a password (in case this is your first order) for your later access to our order tracking page.

3. A new page will show all your order details and total amount for a final review. Click the "Place Order" button.

4. After you click on 'Place Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number you can use to contact us. We will also send you a confirmation of your order via email.

After completing your order

Upon successful order, you will receive an order confirmation within minutes via e-mail. Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be sent to you. Under "My Orders" in your user account you can check the status of your order, at any time.

We will also notify you by e-mail once your package is sent. In your shipping confirmation, you will also get your tracking number, with which you can trace the delivery of your package.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 48 hours from receipt. Order processing begins at the time you receive your order confirmation email (usually a few seconds after the order is submitted). Learn about monitoring your Order Status before it ships out.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email from us containing your tracking number. With this number, you can access the tracking page of your courier to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you. Shipping via Regular Airmail cannot be monitored at this time.

Once an order has shipped, it MUST be accepted upon delivery. All fees incurred by any order refused upon delivery will be the responsibility of the client--including but not limited to: the cost of re-entry, customs fees and duties (for shipments outside the EU). Said fees will be deducted from any refund or store credit due to the client.
