Free Standard Delivery    5-8 business days  - $0  - for order over $150.

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. This is due to the time difference between North America and Italy, where most of our products are shipped from. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center.

At this time we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories (except for Puerto Rico).
Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.

BEAUTY PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS.  The US Department of Transportation does not allow pressurized or flammable items to be shipped by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance, nail and aerosol products must be delivered via our Ground option.

Returns Policy is glad to offer a Full Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept returns within 21 days from delivery date of your merchandise.

In case, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund, a store credit or an exchange.


Simply follow 4 steps to make your return:

1. Make sure you have read our Return Policy above and Return Conditions.

2. Log into your store, then go to My Account and

• Click Completed to see a list of all completed orders.
• Find the order they wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.
• Fill out the following items on the return request.
• Click Submit Return Request.

3. will provide you a Return Authorization Number and Instructions.

4. Follow the return instructions and ship the item back to us.

Please note:
• In order to accept and process the return, merchandise must be shipped within 7 calendar days of the return authorization.
• Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including warranties. Do not include any other markings or text on the package except what is specified in our return instructions.

Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to process your return after we have received it. After we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you an email concerning your refund. The time it takes for you to get refunded depends on your credit card. 

In case the recipient is not the same person that made the purchase, the refund will be booked onto the credit card holder’s account. 

Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

In case returned merchandise was purchased using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.


Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to USA, for instance, we can only accept a return from USA. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
